2. Appointments and Cancellation Policy

Booking: Appointments can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
Cancellation: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, 50% of the original appointment fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Late Cancellations During Promotions: If your appointment is booked during a promotional period, the regular treatment cost will be charged at 50% for late cancellations.
Deposits: To rebook after a late cancellation, a 50% deposit of the original appointment fee will be required.

3. No Show Policy

No Show: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be canceled. In such cases, 50% of the appointment fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ash and Oak Esthetics or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

5. Client Behavior

We strive to maintain a professional and comfortable environment. Disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

2. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: Gift cards cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash, or transferred to another person. They are intended solely for the use of the recipient and cannot be combined with other gift cards or promotions unless specified.

3. Expiration: Gift cards do not have an expiration date. However, Ash and Oak Esthetics reserves the right to assess service availability over time. Any changes will be communicated in advance to cardholders.

4. Lost or Stolen Cards: Ash and Oak Esthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat the card as cash; lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced.

5. Service Fees and Taxes: Gift cards can be used to cover service fees and applicable taxes but cannot be used to pay for gratuities.

6. Balance and Use: The gift card balance will be applied to the total cost of services or products. If the cost of services exceeds the gift card balance, the cardholder is responsible for paying the difference.

7. Non-Transferable for Other Services: Gift cards are valid only for Ash and Oak Esthetics and cannot be used at any other business, location, or transferred to a third-party service provider.

8. Promotional Gift Cards: If this is a promotional or complimentary gift card, additional terms may apply, including expiration dates and service restrictions.
